Embodia for Patients

If you are seeing a practitioner that is using Embodia, they will create an account for you from their end.

When they create an account for you, you will receive a welcome email that contains information on how to get started. The email will contain:

• Your credentials:
  • The email address associated with your account;
  • The username associated with your account, and;
  • Your temporary password
    
    
• Links to access your account. Embodia can be accessed from any modern web browser, or from mobile apps for iOS and Android

If you wish to use the mobile app, you can download it by clicking on the app store icons in the email.

If you wish to access your account from the browser, click on the link in the email or go to www.embodiaapp.com. In the top right corner of the webpage, click on Sign in >  Patient sign In

On the sign in page, enter your email address or username and password (please make sure to enter the details exactly as provided in the welcome email):

After you sign in successfully for the first time, you will be asked to provide a new password for your account:

That's it! Your account is now ready.
