Whether this is your first time here, or we've worked together before, welcome! 

Some clinical updates:

I will be away from clinical practice (for an adventure and continued learning!) beginning October 1, 2025 until end of June 2026. 
For existing patients, we can continue working together until then and I will provide you options for other physiotherapists I trust.
If we haven't worked together before, and you are looking for a long term physiotherapist, I do recommend considering checking out one of the many our city has to offer! If you are looking for an assessment, second opinion, or short term care then you are welcome to book with me. 

Short term care could include: 

• prenatal or postnatal assessment/education
• mastitis/blocked ducts
• torticollis and breastfeeding physio for babies
• hypermobility - assessment and a few sessions for home exercise programming and education
